Yenepoya Technology Incubator (YTI), a Section 8 not-for-profit incubator in Mangalore, is uniquely positioned to foster healthcare innovations across the MedTech, Pharma, and Deep Tech sectors.
Established in 2019, our incubator offers unique value propositions to incubatees by providing them with comprehensive handholding and mentoring across product development, fundraising, go-to-market strategies, clinical validation, testing, and scaleup.
We accelerate the growth of the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in the western region of Karnataka, leveraging the vast resources of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).

State-of-the-Art Facilities
The Incubator is equipped with facilities designed specifically to produce medical devices, biomedical implants, and a broad range of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products. Our MedTech Design and Rapid Prototyping facility is ISO 13485-certified and funded by BIRAC.
The University houses cutting-edge translational research infrastructure including Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine, Nanomedicine, Proteomics, Genomics, and extensive animal facilities.

Healthcare Access & Validation
Our infrastructure encompasses a 1250-bed Multispecialty Hospital, a 234-bed Specialty Hospital, and a Tata Trusts-funded Advanced Cancer Center. Located within the hospital campus, YTI provides startups with direct access to clinicians and approximately 30,000 community health records for validation.
